  • Expedited Shipping available at checkout for an additional fee

  • We currently ship within the U.S. only

At Glow Body Care & Home Scents, every jar, bottle, and bundle is handcrafted with love and care—just for you. Because we use natural ingredients with no synthetic stabilizers, some changes in texture may occur during shipping, especially in warmer or colder climates.

 

While we do our best to pack your goodies safely and securely, heat, cold, or extended transit times may affect the consistency of whipped butters or oils, and sometimes even the appearance of packaging. These changes won’t impact the quality, performance, or glow power of your product!

Please store your items in a cool, dry place upon arrival and give them a gentle stir (or a little love) if needed.

When will my order ship?

All orders are processed within 2 business days from our Charlotte, NC studio. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your package is on its way.

Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during peak seasons or promotional launches — but we promise it’s worth the wait.

How long does shipping take?
  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days) is available on all orders

  • Free Shipping is included for Glow Girl and Glow Girl Luxe subscribers

Can I return or exchange my order?

Due to the nature of our handcrafted skincare products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. However, we always want you to be happy.
